Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Oda Industry. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.
All orders are made-to-order and produced directly in our factory.
Custom orders typically take 14 working days and above to be completed, depending on the design complexity and order quantity.
Larger orders may require additional processing time.
Delivery will be made via our appointed courier service. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.
Once an order has been confirmed and payment is received, production will begin immediately.
Therefore, confirmed orders are not eligible for cancellation.
If a cancellation is approved under special circumstances, a 20% cancellation fee (based on the total purchase price) will be imposed.
This applies to both website orders and direct/manual orders (e.g. via WhatsApp or in-person).
All goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer.
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The product received is significantly different from the approved design or order.
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, along with clear photo proof.
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item (if applicable) or process a replacement.
Change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect order details submitted by the customer will not be accepted for refund.
