Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Oda Industry. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.

  • All orders are made-to-order and produced directly in our factory.

  • Custom orders typically take 14 working days and above to be completed, depending on the design complexity and order quantity.

  • Larger orders may require additional processing time.

  • Delivery will be made via our appointed courier service. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

  • Once an order has been confirmed and payment is received, production will begin immediately.

  • Therefore, confirmed orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  • If a cancellation is approved under special circumstances, a 20% cancellation fee (based on the total purchase price) will be imposed.

  • This applies to both website orders and direct/manual orders (e.g. via WhatsApp or in-person).

  • All goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer.

  • Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

    • The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • The product received is significantly different from the approved design or order.

  • To request a return or refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, along with clear photo proof.

  • If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item (if applicable) or process a replacement.

  • Change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect order details submitted by the customer will not be accepted for refund.
